[N.p. but London:] Hodder and Stoughton, [n.d. but 1913.] Limited edition of 750 copies, this out of series and signed by Dulac, 4to (283 x 223mm.) 10 mounted colour plates by Dulac. (Light browning and soiling.) Original decorated cloth (extremities bumped, somewhat soiled and slightly affected by damp).
