A pair of Sèvres style bleu céleste ground vases and covers, 19th Century, each ogee body finely painted with gilt edged panels, the first with a mother and two children before sheep opposing a rabbit stealing vegetables, the second with a father and two children playing with a rabbit and cockerel opposing a hen nesting on top of a barrel, flanked by pseudo low relief moulded shell and scroll handles, each raised on a spreading circular foot and gilt metal square base, the covers with gilt detail, pseudo blue painted interlaced 'L's' mark to underside of covers, height approx 18.5cm (one knop glued).
