A pair of Chinese ivory vases and covers, probably late Qing Dynasty, each elongated ovoid body carved in relief with opposing figural panels within raised strapwork scroll and stiff leaf borders, flanked by a pair of pierced twin archaic dragon handles and low set lion mask and loose ring handles, each cover surmounted by a narrative group of figures beneath willow and pine, height approx 30.5cm (minor faults), together with carved and pierced hardwood stands.
