A group of First World War period French awards and militaria, comprising an enamelled Légion d'honneur, set with diamonds, an enamelled Légion d'honneur and Légion d'honneur certificate, dated 1922 May, relating to Chevalier, with named tube for postage, four epaulettes, comprising one gilt with tassels, one gilt without tassels, one silvered with tassels and one silvered without tassels, with red box, two bronze shooting prizes, cased, a silver plated seal, decorated with the portrait of a lady, cased, a French sword grip with shortened blade, a lead based alloy inkstand with a solder motif, detailed 'Camp de Meucon', an officer's hat plume with red feathers, Tricolore rosette and gilt fusilier grenade badge, cased, an album containing a quantity of postcards and related ephemera, and a gilt metal display box formerly to hold a fob watch.
