A carbuncle garnet and rose diamond set brooch designed as a row of three oval carbuncle garnets with rose diamond set centre stones, a green stained chalcedony and marcasite set brooch, a Scottish style gem set brooch, and a circular filigree counter box containing two counters representing 'Hearts' and 'Diamonds' (two further counters lacking).
