An early 20th Century needlework panel commemorating the sinking of the RMS Titanic, depicting an angel mourning at a stone memorial, inscribed 'In Memory of Those who Perished at Sea 15.4.1912 from Titanic, RIP', flanked by Union Jack and Stars and Stripes flags, with a lifebelt inscribed 'To the Heroes of the Titanic', the Titanic and two icebergs in the distance, worked with coloured silks in long and short stitches on a black ground, approx 44cm x 51.5cm, within an ebonized frame (frame damaged).
