An unusual Dutch Delft two handled rectangular tray, late 19th Century, probably painted by Joseph Witte in polychrome colours with a depiction of Adam and Eve beneath the Tree of Life, surrounded by a gently rolling landscape which includes a rabbit, horse, two sheep and a bird of prey, the upturned rim and cylindrical handles glazed in pale blue above a dotted yellow band, unmarked, dimensions approx 44cm x 28cm including handles (one handle repaired, minor faults).
