A Turkish painted and carved giltwood turban stand (kavukluk), probably 19th Century, the tall backplate carved with scrolls and leafy tendrils against a green ground, flanked by columns, above the shaped shelf, pierced scroll bracket and apron, height approx 74cm (restoration).
