A mid-Victorian black papier-mâché tray of serpentine cartouche form, bearing 'Jennens & Bettridge, Makers to the Queen' maker's marks, the central panel finely painted with a spray of summer flowers, within a raised border of gilt scrolls, width approx 80cm.
