A pair of Chinese famille rose export porcelain mandarin palette vases with ormolu mounts, the porcelain Qianlong period, the mounts 19th Century, each baluster shaped vase of oval section painted to each side with two figural panels against a white chicken skin ground heightened with flower and white scrolls, each surmounted by an ormolu four branch candelabra with foliate scroll arms and central floral finial above twin dragon handles, raised on pierced ormolu bases and quatrefoil shaped stands, overall height approx 48cm (one restored).
