A Doulton Lambeth stoneware jug, circa 1884, the buff body relief decorated with four portrait medallions surrounded by verse 'He that buys land buys stones ....', impressed and incised factory marks to base (restored), together with a small group of Royal Doulton series ware, including an 'Old Peggoty' Dickens Ware jug, a pair of 'Canterbury Pilgrims' cups and saucers and a trio decorated with figures in 18th Century costume (faults and restoration).
