BINDING. - George W. CHRYSTAL (translator). The Meditations of the Emperor Marcus Aurelius Antoninus. Edinburgh & London: 1902. 4to (214 x 164mm.) Title in red and black. Contemporary blue/green morocco gilt, signed with monogram ?'JELD' and dated 1908 to rear inner board, the upper cover tooled to a Celtic Revival design of lines interlacing at the corners with small calf onlays, the spine in six compartments with raised bands, lettered in the second compartment, the others with an interlaced line design with calf onlays, wide gilt turn-ins, g.e.
