A collection of five 19th Century fans, comprising a pierced bone eighteen stick brisé fan, a plain tortoiseshell seventeen stick brisé fan, one guard applied with a monogram, a tortoiseshell fan, each guard and twelve sticks with pierced and gilt decoration, applied with a paper panel printed with a reserve scene of figures in a garden within gilt scroll borders, and two bone fans with floral painted satin, lace and net panels (some faults).
