A blue printed Staffordshire pottery RSPCA money box, 19th Century, of sarcophagus form decorated with chinoiserie figures and buildings within gilt lined edging, the black painted top aperture indistinctly marked 'Royal Society For The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals', the underside fitted with a pottery plug, unmarked, length approx 16cm (plug repaired, chip to rim edge, black paint flaking).
