A Minton's majolica asparagus cradle, circa 1878, modelled as tied asparagus spears raised on green glazed chinoiserie supports, brown glazed rectangular base with green glazed rim heightened with four white flowers, impressed factory marks to base with shape No '1549', length approx 25cm (restoration).
