A Chinese famille verte porcelain vase, late 19th Century, the baluster body painted with opposing leaf shaped panels, one filled with a blue dragon looking up at a bird perched in a prunus branch, the other with a bird perched in a blossoming and fruiting pomegranate branch, reserved against a ground of Chrysanthemum and foliage containing smaller variously shaped flower vignettes, beneath a similarly decorated flared neck, height approx 35.5cm (hairline crack to rim and drilled to base).
