Mounted photographic portrait frontispiece, 3 folding maps (two hand-coloured in outline). (Frontispiece faded, some spotting to maps.) Original cloth (extremities bumped and slightly soiled, head and foot of spine chipped). Provenance: Henry A. James (signature dated 1890 to front pastedown); Johannis Evans (bookplate to front pastedown).
