London, New York, etc.: [n.d. but circa 1928.] 4to (183 x 143mm.) 16 coloured plates, occasional uncoloured illustrations, all by Rackham. (Some spotting.) Original green cloth (extremities somewhat bumped, spine faded). - And twenty-one others, all illustrated (22).
