A late 18th/early 19th Century ivory brisé fan, the two guards and fourteen sticks carved and pierced with figures, flowers and scrolls, supporting a paper panel printed with a maiden and two cupids, flanked by painted bird and flower panels, within applied sequin borders (faults), together with two beadwork watch pockets.
