A Meissen porcelain mug, late 18th/19th Century, of lobed barrel shape, painted with four groups of exotic birds alternating with low relief moulded foliate decoration, the branch handle with foliate terminals beneath the gilt dentil rim, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base, height approx 11cm (cracked), together with a floral painted and basketweave moulded Ludwigsburg square shaped bowl.
