An early 19th Century fan, the pierced bone sticks and inlaid guards holding a paper panel, decorated to the front with courting couples in a garden within gilt foliate scrolls, to the reverse with four maidens within gilt foliate scrolls, together with another similar fan, decorated with a maiden and Pierrot, and an ivory fan with pierced decoration, cased (faults).
