A pair of Meissen porcelain cabinet cups and saucers, late 19th Century in 18th Century style, decorated outside the factory, with figural harbour scenes within elaborate gilt frames flanked by chinoiserie figures, the richly gilt rims reserved with oval puce enamelled landscape views, the cups with angular handles, cancelled crossed swords in underglaze blue to bases, diameter of saucers approx 13.5cm.
