A pair of Mettlach stoneware vases, late 19th/early 20th Century, each flared neck above a low bellied body, incised to each side with a maiden and flowers, signed or monogrammed, within incised foliate framing above banded geometric detail, pale pink glazed interiors, impressed factory marks to bases with numerals '1749', height approx 33cm (faults and repairs).
