An Edwardian satinwood Carlton House desk with overall kingwood crossbanding and ebony stringing, painted with reserve panels of portraits, cherubs and fruit, and floral swags, the gallery back fitted with cupboards and drawers, the slide-out writing surface inset with leather above an arrangement of five drawers, on square tapering legs terminating in castors, width approx 137cm.
