An ormolu mounted Chinese blue and white porcelain jar, mark of Kangxi and possibly of the period, the circular barrel shaped body painted with opposing panels of figures in interior settings, the ormolu rim flanked by a pair of lion mask and loose ring handles, on a circular base, six character mark in underglaze blue to base, height approx 17cm (drilled hole to base).
