A Japanese Satsuma earthenware perfume bottle and stopper, Meiji period, in the form of a gourd bottle painted and gilt with opposing panels of boys above peony (repaired), together with a Satsuma two handled censer, Meiji period, the exterior painted with arhats and bijin framing pierced apertures revealing further panels of arhats and bijin (lacking cover).
