A late 19th Century French oval brass cased carriage alarm clock by Drocourt, with eight day repeating movement striking the hours and half hours on a gong, the backplate with 'DC' maker's mark and numbered '9350', the white enamel dial with Roman numerals above subsidiary alarm dial with Arabic numerals, set within a foliate engraved gilt brass surround, the oval case engraved with flower and leaf borders framing bevelled glass panels, beneath a swing handle, height approx 17.5cm, together with a leather travelling case.
