CRIME. - THE ACID BATH MURDERER. A group of two t.l.s. and two a.l.s. by John George Haigh on Onslow Court Hotel headed paper addressed to Miss Bishop dated 11 July 1945 - 27 November 1946. 5pp. (150 x 112mm. and larger). Captioned by a later hand A, B, C and G, the letters relating to Mr McSwan and his supposed trip to Scotland. Note: Haigh murdered William McSwan in 1944, the serial killer was executed for his crimes on 10th August 1949.
